  The Troy Chardonnay Riserva from the Tramin Winery is a white wine that strives for excellence in its region of origin: the grapes thrive on limestone and gravel-rich soils at high altitudes, where cool mountain winds and warm sunny days together shape the ripening process. The name “Troy,” meaning “path” in the local dialect, symbolically refers to the long development process of this cuvée, which is vinified with great craftsmanship and precision. Hand harvesting, whole cluster pressing, and aging in wood and on fine lees give the wine a clear signature of origin and style.

The glass reveals a complex bouquet of delicate citrus notes, exotic fruits such as mango and banana, accompanied by hints of hazelnut and almond, as well as a touch of fresh mint and chamomile. On the palate, it displays an elegant balance between alpine freshness and rich texture: lively minerality and subtle spice carry the fruit in a long, harmonious finish with a clearly perceptible backbone.
