The Prosecco Spumante Superiore Dry Cartizze is the crowning glory of the Valdobbiadene growing region - a sparkling wine that comes from the exclusive Cartizze cru vineyard and meets all expectations in terms of elegance and finesse. It already impresses in the glass with a clear, light yellow hue and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals a complex aroma of white flowers, ripe peach and exotic fruit - lush but never overpowering.
On the palate, this Cartizze is soft, balanced and, despite its “dry” classification, pleasantly fruity with a delicate residual sweetness that is perfectly supported by a fresh acidity. It is almost weightless and at the same time expressive - a stylish accompaniment to refined desserts, pastries or simply as a fine soloist. Built up like a small amphiteather of marl, sandstone and clay - a terroir which guarantees the unusual and concentrated aromas.
