This noble Prosecco Spumante comes from the 'Rive', the best hillside vineyards in Valdobbiadene: Brilliantly bright color and fine, persistent perlage in the glass. On the nose fragrant aromas of white flowers, herbs and green apple. On the palate wonderfully dry, full-bodied and powerful, with a pronounced and fresh taste. Gerardo's Notes: The exact denomination of this Prosecco is Prosecco Spumante Brut DOCG Rive di Santo Stefano and describes, in addition to the name, the core zone and the vineyard from which the grapes come (located at 250 to 320 meters above sea level). The DOCG designation has been created only recently through the efforts of the winegrowers and is intended to emphasize the value of the genuine hill Prosecco. In addition, the addition 'Rive' stands for the steep vineyards located on the hills of Valdobbiadene. As for the taste, how could I but praise a Prosecco that bears my name in the highest terms?
