Cartizze - from the best grapes of the single vineyard of the same name comes this excellent Prosecco Spumante: in the glass of pale yellow color and persistent perlage. In the fragrance intense floral aroma, in the taste still dry with sweet and fruity notes. - Gerardo [TS06/21]

Gerardo's Notes: The Cartizze subzone comprises a narrowly defined area of vineyards near Valdobbiadene on the steep hills between St. Stephen and Saccol. Built up like a small amphiteather of marl, sandstone and clay - a terroir which guarantees the unusual and concentrated aromas. While the freshness is perfectly preserved, the slightly increased residual sugar provides a fuller aroma of white fruit, apricot and peach.
