For this Prosecco Spumante, particularly high quality batches of Prosecco grapes from our own vineyards are selected and processed separately: Pale yellow color and finely meshed, persistent perlage. Gerardo's Notes: The 'Cruner' is the 'Dry' Prosecco variant of the Ruggeri family and is vinified as usual according to the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. 'Dry' usually stands for increased residual sugar (despite the name seeming to the contrary), but this is restrained in Le Colture's 'Cruner'. The refreshing acidity, together with the subtle sweetness, creates a great taste experience.
