The high altitudes cultivated by Le Ragose are geographically above the vineyards in the Negrar Valley. This, together with the microclimate that prevails here, favors the ripening of the grapes and lends itself to artisanal quality products of a special kind. The Valpolicella 'Le Sassine' is the most famous wine of Le Ragose and impresses with its bright garnet red color in the glass.
