Berg · Weißburgunder DOC 2025

  The “Berg” Pinot Bianco from Nals-Margreid is a characterful white wine made from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes. The grapes come from the winery's highest vineyards, located at altitudes of 500 to 750 meters above sea level in the Adige Valley. These exposed sites with a south-easterly exposure and porphyry and limestone soils offer ideal conditions for the grapes to ripen. After selective hand harvesting, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by five months of ageing on the fine lees, which preserves the wine's freshness and elegance.

In the glass, the “Berg” presents itself in a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet unfolds aromas of ripe apples, pears, and a hint of citrus fruits, accompanied by a fine mineral note. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a well-integrated acidity and a harmonious, fruity finish.
