  Fedora Castel del Monte from Rivera appears in the glass in a delicate straw yellow with slightly greenish nuances, indicating its freshness and lively youth. The nose reveals a fine, crystal-clear bouquet with floral notes, a gentle apple scent, and a subtle fruitiness reminiscent of ripe pears. The addition of Chardonnay gives the wine a subtle complexity, while the local varieties Bombino Bianco and Pampanuto lend it a pure, unadulterated freshness.

On the palate, Fedora is refreshingly lively, with a vibrant yet elegantly integrated acidity accompanied by a pleasant, flavorful dryness. Its fruit nuances are juicy but not intrusive, and the minerality of the Murgia terroir comes through subtly in the finish. The origin of its grapes is particularly noteworthy: the vineyards of Rivera are located on calcareous soils at an altitude of 180 to 350 meters around the striking Castel del Monte castle, a historic site built by Emperor Frederick II.
