A fresh and fruity wine obtained from the combination of the traditional grape varieties of the Castel del Monte DOC area, such as Bombino Bianco and Pampanuto, and a small amount of Chardonnay, which increases its complexity. The result is a very pleasant wine with a fresh, delicately fruity and slightly spicy taste that goes well with starters, fish dishes and light pasta dishes.
