  Tommasi Palanca Valpolicella Superiore is a harmonious blend of tradition and modern elegance from the classic Valpolicella wine region in Veneto. The name “Palanca” - a nickname for a “hard-working winemaker” in the local dialect - refers to the craftsmanship that goes into making this wine. Vinified from the indigenous Corvina, Rondinella, and a portion of Corvinone grapes, Palanca is gently hand-harvested and carefully aged, resulting in a wine with a distinctive character that captures both the fruitiness of a Valpolicella and a substantial depth.

In the glass, it presents itself in a bright ruby red with violet reflections—a visual promise of refined expressiveness. The nose reveals a lush bouquet of ripe cherries, dark forest berries, and a hint of plum, accompanied by subtle spice and herbal notes that refer to the warm sun and the characterful terroir of the region.
