  Cantine Torrevento's “Kebir Rosso Puglia” comes from the sun-kissed, limestone- and clay-rich slopes of the Murgia near Castel del Monte in Apulia, where indigenous grape varieties meet Mediterranean breezes and large temperature fluctuations. The careful blend combines the local Nero di Troia variety with the international classic Cabernet Sauvignon - and Aglianico is often added. This coupage allows for a balance between regional character and structured elegance. Thanks to hand harvesting, long maceration, and aging - partly in wooden barrels - Kebir reveals a profound personality without concealing its origins.

In the glass, it sparkles in an intense ruby color with garnet red reflections—a visual invitation into its complex world. The nose reveals an impressive depth: dark fruits such as blackberry and cherry blend with spicy notes of cinnamon and clove, complemented by subtle cocoa and tobacco tones. On the palate, Kebir impresses with its velvety texture, well-integrated tannins, and a mineral clarity that comes from the Murgia region.
