The Pinot Blanc grape variety, which has been cultivated in South Tyrol since the mid-19th century, is now considered one of the leading white varieties in the region and thrives in all wine-growing zones of the country, especially in cooler locations between 300 and 500 meters. Rubeno · Lagrein DOC 2023

The color is garnet red with violet reflections. The aroma is berry, reminiscent of violets and dark chocolate. Velvety on the palate, with soft tannins, medium structure and persistence.- Gerardo [TS03/24]

The bright, sparkling straw-yellow appearance of this Chardonnay immediately catches the eye. Its fragrance unfolds exotic fruity aromas reminiscent of banana, quince, passion fruit, mango and sugar melon. There is also a hint of lemon balm, which characterizes this white wine. On the palate, the Chardonnay is soft and harmonious, accompanied by slightly sweet exotic fruit notes, which are complemented by a hint of pear. The clear, intensely bright pink color of this wine with salmon reflections is particularly appealing. Its aroma is very fruity, characterized by notes of raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by a hint of Amarena cherry. The clear straw-yellow color of this classic Pinot Blanc shows a slight greenish shimmer. Its aroma impresses with fresh apple notes that blend harmoniously with aromas of gooseberries and limes. These are rounded off by herbal components such as camomile and lemongrass. The taste of this classic Pinot Blanc is powerful and exciting. Mock · Sauvignon DOC 2023

The sauvignon grapes come from Mockhof in Leitach near Bolzano: Radiant, greenish-yellow color. Aroma of elderberry, tomato leaves and some flint. On the palate fruity, powerful and very aromatic. - Gerardo [TS12/24]

Tradition · Pinot-Grigio DOC 2023

The bright straw-yellow color of the Ruländer immediately attracts attention. Its aroma is stimulatingly fruity and is reminiscent of Williams pear, lychee and white melon. There is also a floral note, reminiscent of a freshly mown flower meadow. The taste reveals finely balanced components ranging from spicy black tea aromas to exotic fruity nuances of melon and ripe grapefruit. Cartizze · Prosecco Spumante Superiore Dry DOCG (2023)

This Prosecco comes from Cartizze, a historic single vineyard in the municipality of Valdobbiadene. The bright color shows delicate golden yellow inclusions.
