'Lafòa' is a single-varietal Sauvignon from the hills around Girlan with an international reputation. A literally explosive bouquet with aromas of tomato leaves and sage, underscored by delicate floral and vegetal notes impresses on the nose. The pithy acidity coupled with a powerful structure gives a particularly harmonious impression on the palate. Rosatum - 'Rose wine' was the name given in ancient Rome to the wine scented with rose oil. Extremely low yields produce a ripe rose aroma with silky richness. This sweet wine, produced only in extremely small quantities, beguiles with a seductive and flattering bouquet: intense aromas of fragrant rose petals and red berry fruits.
