  A Mano Rosato is a wine that immediately catches the eye - its bright pink appearance awakens the senses and invites discovery. On the nose, it unfolds a fine, seductive perfume that makes you curious about the first sip. On the palate, it delights with freshness, balance and an intense yet delicate taste. The fact that this rosato is not easy to vinify makes it all the more remarkable: it requires a perfect balance between color, aroma and structure - with comparatively low ripeness, which is a real challenge for the hot conditions in Puglia.

Elvezia revealed on her last visit to the wine depot that this rosato is her absolute favorite wine - and that is hardly surprising. Hardly any other wine on the shelf is so versatile: whether as an aperitif, with seafood, grilled meat, cheese or even with spicy Asian or Indian cuisine - A Mano Rosato simply always goes well. Mark and Elvezia are also convinced that the future of Apulian viticulture lies in rosé and white wine. While the rising temperatures in southern Italy are making it increasingly difficult to produce balanced red wines, rosato offers a fresh, elegant alternative - even if it is by no means easier to produce.
