Barolo Cannubi is the result of decades of experience and the expression of one of the most renowned vineyards in the Barolo region. In this special cru, two geological formations - Sant'Agata Fossile and Arenarie di Diano - come together to create a unique terroir that gives the wine its characteristic depth and elegance. It has an intense ruby red color in the glass. The bouquet reveals a complex aroma of ripe Amarena cherries and wild blueberries, accompanied by subtle spicy notes such as black cardamom and a hint of liquorice.
On the palate, this Barolo impresses with precision and balance. The tannins are powerful but supple and perfectly integrated. The lively acidity gives the wine freshness and structure, while the fruity and spicy components intertwine harmoniously. The finish is long, complex and characterized by herbal and earthy notes that reflect the exceptional terroir of the Cannubi vineyard.
