Groppello, the most characteristic red grape variety of Lake Garda in the Brescia region, lends wines a restrained elegance. Its ruby red color with cherry red nuances reveals its delicate, never intrusive nature. The bouquet captivates with sweet and gentle aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by fine spicy notes, especially cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is lively, pleasantly fruity, light and crisp. The aromas of small red fruits linger for a long time in a fresh, elegant finish. - Gerardo [TS10/20]
