This Vin Santo is made from selected Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes according to traditional methods: After harvesting, the grapes are dried and fermentation is slow and in small oak barrels. The subsequent aging and bottle aging is five years.

The color of Vin Santo del Chianti Classico is light amber, in the aroma roasted almonds, apricots and ripe dates. Pleasantly noble sweet taste on the palate. - Gerardo [TS06/16]
