  The Mamaioa Vermentino di Sardegna from Azienda Vinicola Attilio Contini shines with its consistently organic approach: the grapes come from certified organic cultivation on limestone- and clay-rich soils in northern Sardinia, near the coast, where salty breezes and Mediterranean sunshine shape the terroir. The name “Mamaioa” - Sardinian for “ladybug” - symbolizes the biodiverse vineyard cultivation and the focus on unadulterated quality. The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, allowing the varietal aromas of Vermentino to emerge clearly and vividly.

In the glass, Mamaioa is a light straw yellow with greenish reflections - a visual promise of freshness. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit such as pear and light peach, accompanied by a delicate Mediterranean herbal spice and a subtle salty minerality that hints at the proximity to the sea.
