  The “Festival” Pinot Bianco from the Merano Winery is a ray of hope in Alpine viticulture: originating from sun-drenched slopes around Merano and Vinschgau, this variety of Pinot Blanc grape is rooted in barren moraine debris and sandy soils, which help the vines develop deep roots and a clear expression. After careful hand harvesting, the wine matures for several months in stainless steel tanks, bringing out its freshness, pure varietal aromas, and clear structure.

In the glass, this Pinot Blanc displays a light straw yellow color with delicate greenish reflections—a first visual indication of its lightness and vitality. The nose reveals aromas of green apple, delicate citrus fruit, and lyrical hints of pear, supported by a subtle mineral note that makes the terroir palpable.
