Ruby red with violet reflections. La Segreta Rosso is fruity and fresh on the nose. In the foreground currants, mulberries, raspberries and cooked plums, held together by cocoa and toasted notes. Fresh and soft tannins, well balanced acidity. The Nero d'Avola gives way to the density of the Merlot, with the Syrah acting as a link. - Gerardo [TS08/22]
Gerardo's Notes: La Segreta Rosso is made from a grape blend of 50% Nero d'Avola, 25% Merlot, 20% Syrah and 5% Cabernet-Franc. Fresh, intense and well structured. Aromas of red fruits, cocoa and balsamic notes. Ideal companion for everyday enjoyment and Mediterranean cuisine; versatile in cooking, from savory first courses to meat dishes.
