Rosato Puglia IGT 2025 (Bio)

  This Apulian rosato is made from an exciting cuvée that focuses on the aromatic Aleatico grape - a grape variety that is hardly known in this country but has a long tradition in Apulia. Depending on the vintage, it is complemented by small amounts of Primitivo and Aglianico, which gives the wine additional structure and depth. Its unique character is already apparent in the glass: an intense, almost luminous pink that announces its powerful yet elegant nature. On the palate, it is round, velvety and has restrained, well-integrated acidity - a rosato that has more character than many of its more delicate peers, yet remains pleasantly soft.

Most of the grapes come from the Marchesana vineyard in Gioia del Colle, one of the most renowned sites in the region. The combination of ferruginous, shimmering red soil and underlying limestone decisively shapes the profile of the wine: mineral freshness, aromatic depth and a fine interplay between fruit and spice. The result is a rosato that is not only convincing as a summer wine, but also cuts an excellent figure with Mediterranean dishes or stronger starters.
