Puro Montepulciano DOPPELMAGNUM IGT 2003

Puro was born from a collaborative project of 2003: the interest lay in the fact that the vineyards were harvested and vinified separately according to the age of the vines, exposure and soil conditions. In the end, the three best barrels were united and bottled. The result is a wine of intense ruby color, almost going to black, with a stunning bouquet of chocolate and eucalyptus. Puro gives itself balsamic and medicinal, it shines with concentrated aromas of blueberries and blackberries, soft tannins and perfect length. - Gerardo

Gerardo's Notes: 'According to our definition, a historic wine is a wine in storage with an age of 10 years or more. Such wines require a special handling that begins with the uncorking. The lifting of the cork must be done with a spiral corkscrew and gently. Early uncorking is a must, these red wines are unfiltered and have a high percentage of sediment. We offer a 2 year warranty on all stock wines from the date of purchase. These wines are exclusively for 'fans' who know what to expect!
