This Ripasso Superiore comes from the rugged and steep terrain of the Garbi Mountains. It is a really interesting combination of young Valpolicella and Amarone marc. - Gerardo [TS08/21]
"Dark luminous ruby garnet. In the nose elegant spice of cloves, pepper, then ripe Amarena cherries and some violets. Opens on the palate very soft and creamy, polished in the tannin, pulls comfortably and uncomplicated over the tongue, in the finish juicy and slightly salty." - Falstaff
