  Tenuta Sant'Antonio's “Scaia Paradiso Rosso del Veneto” is a powerful and elegant red wine that combines the traditions of the Veneto region with modern accents. Made from a careful blend of 40% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine reflects the diversity and terroir of the region. The grapes come from the hills of Illasi and Mezzane di Sotto, areas known for their calcareous soils and continental climate. These conditions promote slow ripening of the grapes and contribute to the development of complex aromas. After harvesting, the grapes are lightly dried to increase the concentration of aromas before being aged in French oak barrels for about 10 months.

In the glass, Scaia Paradiso Rosso presents itself in a deep ruby red with purple reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of ripe sour cherries, wild berries, and candied fruits, accompanied by spicy notes such as black pepper, licorice, cocoa, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with a balanced structure and pleasant freshness. The tannins are well integrated, and the finish is long-lasting and harmonious. This wine is ideal with hearty dishes such as pasta with meat sauce, grilled meat, game, and mature cheese.
