The color of Torre Testa is a deep, almost impenetrable garnet red. Multilayered, spicy and persistent, the bouquet is intense. In the drink of great class and harmony with hints of chocolate, licorice, tobacco, ripe plums and spices. "Deep dark, rich garnet. Leathery and peppery on the nose, has something of carob, then again of rich Amarena cherries. Young and present on the palate, with rich density, stretches finely across the tongue, grippy, gripping tannin, good freshness on the palate as well, blackberry and cranberry flavors on the finish, firm pressure." - Falstaff
