  The Infinitum Rosato from Cantine Torrevento in Apulia unfolds with a brilliant coral and salmon pink color that immediately conveys the lightness of Mediterranean summer nights. Made from the indigenous Primitivo grape variety, cultivated on the calcareous and clayey soils of the region around Castel del Monte castle near Corato, this rosé reflects the sunshine and sea breeze of northern Apulia. The grapes are harvested early and vinified in stainless steel tanks to clearly express their fresh fruit and light structure. The winery's approach—accessible and modern—is reflected in the “Infinitum” series: a wine that combines character and accessibility.

The bouquet unfolds with an inviting interplay of red berries such as raspberry and cherry, accompanied by delicate tropical fruit notes and a subtle herbal note reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub.
