Negroamaro Lago della Pergola is dark red in color with violet reflections. Intense spicy notes and aromas of red fruits characterize the elegant, delicate fragrance. Impressions of blackberries and ripe plums mingle with the toasty aromas of oak. The fresh, full flavor plays out to a crisp fruit still silky soft tannins and has a pleasing persistence thanks to the moderate acidity. - Gerardo [TS12/19]
