Minù is a pure Minutolo that macerates for 4 days on the skins in steel silos. It is the result of Vètrere's desire to explore the infinite variations of Minutolo, an autochthonous Apulian grape variety with which the company has been working and experimenting for 15 years. Martina, the oenologist of the winery, after her studies and intense practice in the Vetrère vineyards, has acquired a deep knowledge of the terroir and of this wonderful grape variety that allows her to take on this ambitious challenge of creating Minù. Minù is the first Orange Wine of Puglia and at the same time extremely delicate and light. - Gerardo [TS12/22]
