  Minù by Vetrère is a distinctive orange wine from Apulia that showcases the indigenous Minutolo grape variety in an innovative way. For this wine, the grapes are completely destemmed and fermented on the skins for four days, giving the wine its characteristic golden color and complex aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the aromas. With an alcohol content of 11% ABV, Minù is an elegant representative of orange wines, combining the tradition of Minutolo with modern vinification techniques.

The name “Minù” pays homage to the Minutolo grape and reflects Vetrère's philosophy of placing the region's indigenous grape varieties at the heart of its wine production. Minù is characterized by an aromatic bouquet reminiscent of white flowers, citrus fruits, and tropical notes. On the palate, it has a fine structure and lively freshness, making it an ideal accompaniment to dishes such as fish carpaccio, exotic cuisine, or light soups.
