This Franciacorta was named after one of the six districts of Villa Crespia, 'Novalia' is a classic representative of its guild: bright, lively straw-yellow color and fine persistent perlage in the glass. Gerardo's Notes: 'The grape material for Franciacorta 'Novalia' comes from one of the six districts at Villa Crespia. This is divided into five Chardonnay sites, namely Bettolino, Martore, Santo Stefano, Casina and Torbiere. It is Villa Crespia's 'house and farm' Franciacorta and popular for its approachable and fresh style. Ideal as an aperitif but also goes well with fish, seafood as well as vegetable cuisine.
