After gentle whole cluster pressing with natural sedimentation, this masterpiece is left to rest for one year in oak barrels and another 4 years in steel barrels on the fine lees. The Chardonnay Riserva Troy comes from vineyards located at over 500 meters. Epokale was the first Italian white wine to be awarded 100 points by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. This wine contradicts the classic notion of a South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer, redefines boundaries and impressively shows what this great variety is capable of. To mature with dignity, the 2,400 bottles of Epokale disappear into an old mine for six years. When the 'Traminer from the mine' comes to light again, it is always a celebration for wine enthusiasts and critics alike.

The Chardonnay Riserva Troy comes from vineyards located at over 500 meters. Such a Chardonnay from high altitude is a rarity, but therein lies the charm: of pale straw yellow color in the glass, in the bouquet of fresh apples, supported by subtle citrus and mint notes. Fresh and cool on the palate, with spicy notes and hints of almond and hazelnut.
