Pure variety Pinot Nero aged in ceramic eggs, produced in a unique small edition of 1,333 bottles.:

A Pinot Noir in search of authenticity, without the use of wood during fermentation and aging. Fermentation in ceramic eggs and maceration on the skins for about three months, then racking and aging in ceramic for another nine months. The grapes come from Oberplanitzing, from an eastern slope at 500 meters above sea level; clayey limestone gravel with porphyry and granite and thus high silicate content. - Gerardo [TS12/20]

Loam · Cabernet-Merlot Riserva DOC 2020

The Loam is a Cuvee of a special kind, consisting of 50 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 15 percent Cabernet Franc and 35 percent Merlot; these varieties have been at home in South Tyrolean vineyards for over 150 years. It presents a garnet to dark garnet red color, and its aroma is reminiscent of tart aromas of wild cherry, black currant, dried fruit, chocolate and cedar. This wine began its journey in 1989 and is as free to develop its potential today as it was then. It is produced only in the best vintages. Lis Neris is the winery's flagship red wine. It stands out for its Bordeaux profile (Merlot 90-95% and Cabernet Sauvignon 5-10%) and its pure Friulian character. A warm and rich wine with refined tannins and a very long finish. The color of this Chianti Riserva is a juicy ruby red with warm and slightly garnet nuances. The aroma has hints of red fruits, with delicate spicy notes which come from the aging in wooden barrels. Arzio · Merlot-Cabernet DOC 2019

The Arzio comes from the Arzenhof which was built by Count d'Arsio e Vasio. In the glass, this Cabernet-Merlot blend, reminiscent of a Bordeaux blend, is a brilliant ruby red. The bouquet is complex, with hints of fresh cassis and cranberry, as well as balsamic and earthy notes. Firm and punchy on the palate, with smooth and very fine-grained tannins.
