Rich crimson with dark reflections in the glass. The bouquet is characterized by cherry jam, black pepper, dried roses and fine smoke aroma. The palate is soft and fresh, with a pleasant bitterness. The aftertaste is clean and clear. - Gerardo [TS06/19]

Gerardo's Notes: Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature for 7-10 days; short maceration after the actual fermentation. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel tanks; short six to eight months aging in Slavonian oak hectoliter barrels; 12 months aging in cement tanks.
