Covered ruby red with bright reflections in the glass. On the nose intense aromas of maraschino, sandalwood, sugar cane and pleasant smoky notes. Balanced on the palate with a soft texture, grippy tannins and cocoa notes on the finish. - Gerardo [TS06/18]
Gerardo's Notes: Fermentation at controlled temperature for 7-10 days; short maceration after fermentation. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel tanks; short six to eight months aging in Slavonian oak hectoliter barrels; aging for about 12 months in cement barrels.
