The Nebbiolo Bric del Baio embodies the highest typicity and comes from selected grapes from Ca' del Baio's own vineyards. As a stylistic link between the estate's various Nebbiolo parcels, it combines the characteristics of its origin in a harmonious composition.
The nose reveals fine fruity and balsamic aromas, accompanied by subtle notes of chamomile and myrtle. On the palate, it convinces with balance, noticeable tannins and a medium length, which makes it accessible and yet full of character.
