  Ottella's Nasomatto is a bold cuvée made from Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana), Chardonnay, and Incrocio Manzoni grapes, which brings the sunny terroir of southern Lake Garda to life in every drop. The name “Nasomatto” - meaning “crazy nose” - already hints at the exceptional style that awaits: after gentle whole-cluster pressing, the wine is spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for around five months, avoiding wood to fully preserve the purity of the fruit and mineral freshness.

In the glass, it displays an intense straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections - a visual promise of liveliness and elegance. The nose reveals lively aromas of white peach, passion fruit, and delicate floral notes, underpinned by a fine mineral coolness. On the palate, Nasomatto is playful yet clearly structured: juicy fruit meets a precise texture and a restrained mineral foundation that gives the wine depth.
