Classically kept Salice Salentino from predominantly Negroamaro with a small injection of Malvasia Nera. Vigorous ruby color and intense aroma of black and red fruits. On the palate, it is tannic with a subtle bitterness. It is probably the most famous red wine from Puglia. Rivera's version is dry and rich, well structured and sophisticated. - Gerardo [TS03/18]
