With the Titolo Pink Edition, Elena Fucci proves that the powerful Aglianico del Vulture can also have a surprisingly elegant and delicate side. This single-varietal rosato is made from grapes from the famous Titolo vineyard and vinified with the same care as the house's red wines. In the glass, it shines a bright strawberry pink - fresh, lively and full of expression. Its playful aroma is evident from the very first whiff: citrus notes, red berries, especially strawberry and cherry, plus a hint of white flowers, almonds and floral nuances that subtly hint at its origins.
On the palate, Titolo Rosato presents itself with a lively, racy acidity, exciting minerality and delicate spiciness - characteristics that give it structure and depth without sacrificing lightness. The texture is surprisingly complex for a rosé and is accompanied by a hint of delicate tannins and a salty finish. Notes of liquorice, bitter citrus fruits and a hint of ginger spice create a signature full of character.
