The Alteo Amarone della Valpolicella impresses with its great structure and elegant presence in the glass. The warm, inviting bouquet exudes intense aromas of ripe dried fruit, black pepper, fine coffee, liquorice and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is soft and enveloping, with a full body and a long-lasting, harmonious finish that allows the diverse aromas to linger impressively.

This Amarone comes from the Fasoli brothers' prestige line and is the result of decades of research and experience in the Valpolicella region. The careful selection of the vineyards, their unique location and a keen sense of the microclimate, as well as the limited quantity of grapes, make it possible to produce an exceptional wine that reflects the essence of its terroir in every bottle.   Fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 25 to 35 days. The wine is then transferred to oak barrels where it matures for at least 3 years. During this phase, organoleptic tastings of each barrel are carried out regularly to understand the evolution of the wine. 1 year after bottling, the wine is bottled. - Gerardo [TS05/19]
