Pallido is the new Rosato from San Savino and is made exclusively from Montepulciano grapes: The fine Rosato 'Pallido' shows up in the glass with a light, pale pink color. Gerardo's Notes: 'This new Rosato from the winery of Simone Capecci is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, using only the best 30% of the must yield. Pallido is pressed using a special process that ensures maximum aromas while explaining the distinguished paleness of this rosé.
