Gerardo's Notes: The Jaddico receives a maceration of 18 days on the skins before a full alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. then this Brindisi Rosso Riserva is aged for 8 months in barrique barrels and refined again for 12 months in bottle. A fine southern Italian wine with the soft style typical of Tenute Rubino.
