This classic from Puglia has a medium pink color in the glass. The bouquet conveys floral notes and hints of rose petals and violet aroma. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, while elegant and refreshing. - Gerardo [TS06/17]

Brindisi Rosato is made exclusively from Negroamaro grapes harvested in the first ten days of September. This is followed by a gentle pressing and a 20-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This is followed by aging on fine lees for three months. Final aging in stainless steel tanks for three to five months and one month in bottle. - Gerardo [TS06/17]
