Barbaresco Asili comes from one of the most prestigious vineyards in the Langhe and is considered the epitome of the Ca' del Baio style. It is made from the estate's oldest vines and vinified with great care to bring out the finesse and depth of the Asili vineyard. In the glass, it is a brilliant garnet red with delicate orange reflections - a visual promise of its maturity and elegance.
The bouquet is intense and multi-layered: fruity notes of sour cherries combine with floral hints of violets, accompanied by spicy nuances such as black pepper, liquorice and a hint of tar - typical aromas of a classic Nebbiolo with depth. On the palate, the wine is dry, warm and soft, with a velvety texture supported by an elegant structure and remarkable length.
