The Sangioveto di Toscana, named after the medieval name 'San Zoveto' for Sangiovese, is an intense ruby red in the glass with elegant violet reflections. A complex bouquet unfolds on the nose, combining floral notes of violets and iris with red fruits, cloves and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is powerful yet harmoniously balanced, with a fine structure and lively tannins that hint at its remarkable ageing potential.
