  The Karmis Cuvée Isola dei Nuraghi Bianco from Azienda Vinicola Attilio Contini is an elegant cuvée made from the rare Sardinian Vernaccia grape variety, complemented by a proportion of Vermentino, and comes from the limestone- and sand-rich soils of the Tirso Valley. The name “Karmis” is derived from an ancient term for “vineyard” in the region between Cabras and Baratili and pays homage to the ancient cultural landscape. Vinification takes place exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with fine yeast storage, allowing the freshness and varietal aromas to come to the fore.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a bright straw yellow with golden reflections - a visual promise of clarity and elegance. The nose reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, ripe pear, and light peach, accompanied by a salty mineral note that hints at the proximity to the sea. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious texture with lively freshness, fine fruit, and a mineral depth that gives the wine its origin and profile.
