The Pinot Blanc Schulthauser is the absolute star among the wines of the winery St. Michael-Eppan. It is the wine that perhaps most convincingly expresses the quality potential of South Tyrolean white wines as well as the philosophy of the winery.

The grapes of this Weissburgunder come from the single vineyard Schulthaus above Schloss Moos in Eppan Berg.The color in the glass is a lively straw yellow with greenish reflections.
