Governo di Castellare IGT 2020

Lively red wine of medium ruby color. Fine bouquet of flowers and ripe red fruits. On the palate soft, fresh and of pleasant drinking flow. Traditionally, the Governo is served chilled.

This typical Tuscan specialty is made from Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera and Canaiolo grapes. The name Governo stands for a traditional method of production: after the first fermentation, dried grapes are added to the wine to trigger a second fermentation.
